Lifting our community – Quality foundation repairs

Lifting our community – Quality foundation repairs

Since early 2012 SmartLift has lifted and repaired over 450 earthquake damaged foundations within Canterbury. Every single foundation repair was unique because every building was affected differently, and we pride ourselves in providing high quality foundation repairs to our community. We have seen every kind of foundation you can imagine from old style non re-enforced rubble foundations, to wood piles, to concrete slabs and everything in between.

With the cleverly engineered lifting system designed by SmartLift, we have been able to repair every foundation to a better than new result. We have not come across a foundation we cannot repair or lift to re-level. Our system is that robust and accurate we have saved home owners and investors a ton of money because they can repair and re-insure their homes and buildings.
9 years on, SmartLift is proud to be the only house re-levelling company to date with a 100% success rate. As a result, we are the preferred partner of all major insurers. We take pride in helping both individuals and businesses restore their private or commercial properties to their original value, which otherwise would need to be demolished. We’ve also been highly active in charitable efforts in our community, giving away two free lifts and foundation repairs to the deserving communities of Te Waka Aroha South Brighton and Kaiapoi Gray Raven Scout Den. These projects gave both communities back a central hub for all of the amazing work they do.
